I don't usually rant about anything, but there's something that's been bugging me a lot lately and it is that: a) Saffron Rouge has dropped off the map, and b) no one seems to be talking about it.
Seriously - I can't find any mention of the company from anyone that used to be so vocal about reviewing their Inner Circle subscription. Do people just move on and forget so easily? Or have people just not realized that the whole company is gone?
You can't access www.saffronrouge.com anymore - just try it (nothing comes up). Their Facebook and Twitter pages are non-existent and any other kind of social media outlet they used is down or hasn't been updated in who knows how long. The only sign of confusion seems to be from a few people on Trustpilot.
So my questions are these - What happened to Saffron Rouge? Are they officially out of business? When did this happen? Why did they not announce anything? How could they do this to their customers?

Today is the fourth day that I'm stuck in bed with a fever. Sigh...it sucks being sick. On the bright side - I get more time than usual (even though a lot of my time is filled with sleeping and watching Family Guy) to work on more content for my blog.
For today's post I wanted to share with you the 2014 Naughty & Nice Mystery Box from Julep. This mystery box cost $24.99 and promised to contain goodies valued at over $150+. In 2013 (just like with the Diamond Mystery Box) Julep also had a Naughty & Nice Mystery Box. I wonder if there will be a Diamond Mystery Box and a Naughty & Nice Mystery Box in 2015 as well?

I have barely left my bed in the last 24 hours because of a fever, but this morning I'm actually feeling well enough to edit a few pictures and compose this post for you guys. As promised a couple of times now, I finally have a review for the Julep Diamond Mystery Box!
This box, which Julep promised to contain a $150+ value, came out in November of 2014 and it cost $24.99 US. What's interesting is that Julep had a Diamond Mystery Box in 2013 as well, the review for which you can check out here.

Well, fellow Canadians, we have waited long enough - Glossybox is finally here!
As some of you might be aware, there used to be a Glossybox faction here in Canada. They closed operations in May 2013 and this came as a surprise to a lot of people, so I'm sure that set off a lot of bitterness in Canada. I missed all of these events by a few months since it was late in October that I got into subscriptions and started Magnificent Road.
Luckily for me and for anyone who has been wanting to try Glossybox or has been missing this subscription box, Glossybox US announced in November of 2014 that they were starting shipping to Canada. How exciting is that?? I used to have such a desire to sign up for Glossybox back in 2013 - especially since I signed up for their emails and saw the wonderful products and promotions that their US customers were getting. Finally...it is here!
